Material and Craftsmanship
Main material: Made of high-purity copper, it has excellent thermal conductivity (thermal conductivity ≥ 390W/(m · K)) and high temperature resistance (based on actual reports). It can dissipate heat at a suitable speed in the instantaneous high temperature (>3000 ℃) environment of laser cutting, avoiding thermal deformation that affects cutting accuracy. Some excellent models use chromium zirconium copper or surface coating (such as black nitride layer, silver chrome layer), which improves performance by more than 50% and extends service life by 2-3 times.
Processing technology: Through five axis CNC precision machining, the roundness error of the inner hole is ≤ 0.005mm, and the size tolerance of the spray hole is controlled within ± 0.01mm. The coaxiality between the laser beam and the airflow channel is confirmed to protect the cutting stability.

Spray hole diameter: commonly used specifications are 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm, and 2.0mm, which need to be matched with the laser power and cutting material thickness (e.g. 1000W laser cutting 6mm carbon steel, recommended 1.2mm spray hole).
