Material and Craftsmanship
Main material: The cutting nozzle body is made of high-purity copper, which has excellent thermal conductivity and high temperature resistance (based on actual reports). It can maintain structural stability in the high-temperature environment of gas cutting (flame temperature can reach 3000 ℃ or above), avoiding deformation caused by overheating and affecting cutting accuracy. The brass components at the connection point have good mechanical strength and sealing properties, confirming a secure connection with the cutting torch to prevent gas leakage.
