Material and Structure

Main material:

The conductive components are made of brass, which has excellent conductivity and performance, and can stably transmit high currents (suitable for different operation requirements of 300-1000A);

The handle and insulation parts are made of high temperature resistant (based on actual reports) engineering plastic, which combines insulation and heat deformation resistance to protect safe operation.

Structural design:

Carbon rod installation: Confirm that the carbon rod is in close contact with the clamp, and control the extension length of the carbon rod within 80-100mm to avoid breakage or affecting the cutting efficiency;

Air source regulation (air planer type): Control the compressed air pressure at 0.4-0.6MPa and confirm that the slag is blown thoroughly;
