Welding current: up to 250A under CO ₂ gas protection, 220A under mixed gas (such as argon);

Applicable welding wire diameter: 0.8-1.2mm;

2、 Structure and Material
Key components:
Conductive nozzle: made of copper (E-Cu) or copper chromium zirconium (CuCrZr) material, with specifications including 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm, etc. The thread is M6 × 28. Confirm stable current conduction and smooth wire delivery;
Protective nozzle: available in various styles such as cylindrical (ø 17mm), conical (ø 12.5mm), and conical (ø 10mm), made of high-temperature resistant copper material with a thickness of 1.3mm, excellent in isolating welding spatter;
Gooseneck tube: copper structure, length 190mm, thread M6 × M10, flexible adjustment of welding gun angle for protection;
Wire feeding tube: a steel lining tube with a smooth inner wall and a diameter of 2.0mm, reducing friction loss of welding wire.
Handle design: Adopting ergonomic structure, soft material is added to the grip area, combined with thumb support position, which can maintain grip stability even during long-term operation and is not easy to slip under extreme working conditions.
