The 501D wire feeding tube graphite version is a wire feeding accessory designed specifically for the MB501D series gas shielded welding gun, especially suitable for welding aluminum welding wire.
Material characteristics: Graphite material is used as the core guide wire layer. Graphite has good self-lubricating properties and a relatively low friction coefficient, which can effectively reduce the friction between the welding wire and the inner wall of the wire feeding tube, making the welding wire delivery smoother and less prone to adhesion and jamming. At the same time, graphite also has good high-temperature resistance (based on actual reports), chemical stability, and corrosion resistance, which can maintain stability in high-temperature welding environments and are not easily corroded by chemical substances generated during the welding process.
Specification and size: Common specifications include inner diameter 2.3mm x outer diameter 4.7mm and inner diameter 2.9mm x outer diameter 4.7mm, suitable for welding wires with diameters of 0.8-1.6mm. In terms of length, there are different options such as 3.5 meters, 4.5 meters, 5.5 meters, and bulk specifications of 50 meters per roll available for customization.
Performance advantage: Compared to other materials of wire feeding tubes, graphite wire feeding tubes can better adapt to the welding of aluminum welding wire. Aluminum welding wire has a relatively soft texture and is prone to deformation or adhesion due to friction during wire feeding. The self-lubricating and low friction coefficient characteristics of graphite can effectively avoid these problems, protect the stability and accuracy of wire feeding, and thus improve welding quality. In addition, its excellent high temperature resistance (based on actual reports) and corrosion performance have also extended the service life of the wire feeding tube and reduced the frequency of replacement.
