Material and Structure
Core material: The main body is made of high hardness bearing steel (GCr15), and some models of brackets are made of aluminum alloy material, balancing performance and lightweight; The wheel surface has undergone quenching heat treatment, and its hardness can reach 58-63HRC. It has outstanding strength in terms of wear resistance and fatigue resistance (based on actual reports), and can withstand the friction force of welding wire transport for a long time.
Structural design:
Dual Drive Core Structure: Adopting a four-wheel dual drive bracket design, two sets of active wheels and two sets of wire pressing wheels clamp the welding wire. The distance between the wheel sets is controlled by dual adjustment handles, ensuring even clamping force and avoiding wire slippage or deviation.
Groove type and specifications: The wheel body is Ø 40mm standard size, with 2 one-to-one groove positions. The groove type is adapted according to the material of the welding wire - V-shaped groove for steel wire, U-shaped groove for aluminum wire and gas shielded flux cored welding wire, finely fitting the surface of the welding wire, enhancing grip while reducing wire scratches.
Suitable welding wire range: The mainstream specifications cover welding wires with diameters of 0.8-1.6mm, and common sub models include 0.8-1.0mm, 1.0-1.2mm, 1.2-1.6mm, which can be matched with various types of welding wires such as solid core and flux core.
Installation convenience: The internal hole size is standardized and adapted to the installation shaft of the wire feeding mechanism of the welding machine in the era. During installation, it is necessary to protect the deviation between the centerline of the outlet nozzle and the centerline of the wire feeding wheel pressure groove by no more than 1mm, and confirm that the welding wire is transported in the center.
performance advantage
Strong wire feeding stability: four-wheel dual drive clamping+one-to-one groove design, uniform wire feeding speed without shaking, combined with waveform control technology of modern welding machines, can reduce welding spatter and porosity defects, high arc initiation success rate, especially suitable for high-frequency inverter welding and high-speed welding scenarios.
Wide adaptability: compatible with various welding materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, magnesium, and alloys, supporting multiple welding modes of CO ₂/MIG/MAG, compatible with NB-250, NB-630 and other series welding machines of the era, and also suitable for 350A, 500A welding machines and robot welding systems.
Outstanding practicality: The bearing steel material is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and the aluminum alloy bracket structure is compact and practical, with a long service life in continuous welding operations; The product undergoes strict testing before leaving the factory, with a warranty period of up to six months and low maintenance costs.
Flexible adjustment: With a dual adjustment handle design, the distance between the wheels can be adjusted to suit different diameters of welding wires; The pressure arm adopts a dual arm forward pushing and releasing structure, which facilitates the loading and unloading of welding wire. Combined with the meticulous guidance of the wire feeding hose, it further improves the wire feeding accuracy.
Application scenarios
Mainly used in automated welding scenarios for gas shielded welding, compatible with welding machines such as NB-250 (A16-250) and NB-630 (PC60-630A), widely used in:
Thin plate welding: such as fine wire thin plate welding for automotive parts, household appliance shells, etc. (compatible with 0.8-1.2mm welding wire);
Welding of medium and thick plates: such as welding of mechanical structural components, pipelines, equipment frames, etc. (compatible with 1.2-1.6mm welding wire);
Automated production line: compatible with robot welding systems, suitable for standardized welding operations in mass production, such as hardware processing, engineering machinery parts manufacturing, etc.
