The wire feeding speed range is 1.2-30m/min, suitable for continuous welding operations.
Groove and tooth pattern design: The mainstream is K-type with tooth grooves (1.5 straight lines), with uniform tooth spacing and scale adapted to the shape of the welding wire, which not only enhances the clamping force but also avoids damaging the surface of the wire; Some models support customized V-groove and U-groove to meet the differentiated conveying needs of solid wire and flux cored wire.
Dual slot compatibility feature: The entire series features a dual slot design, supporting compatibility with two adjacent diameter welding wires (such as 0.8-1.0mm, 1.0-1.2mm, etc.), eliminating the need for frequent wheel replacement and improving multi specification welding efficiency.

Key points for installation and maintenance
Specification matching: Strictly select the corresponding groove type according to the diameter of the welding wire. For flux cored welding wire, select the appropriate groove type and reduce the wire feeding pressure appropriately to avoid wire deformation or slippage.
Installation steps: Open the wire feeder compartment port → Release the pressure handle and locking arm → Remove the old wheel → Align the new wheel with the drive shaft keyway and push in → Lock the fixed cover → Adjust the pressure of the pressure wheel → Close the hatch (refer to the general installation logic adaptation).
Pressure regulation: Based on the principle of "no slippage or obvious indentation of welding wire", the pressure of soft welding wire (such as aluminum wire) is adjusted to 0.3-0.5MPa, and the pressure of hard welding wire (such as stainless steel wire, large-diameter welding wire) is adjusted to 0.6-0.9MPa.
Regular maintenance: Clean the welding slag and iron powder in the wheel groove after transporting 15-20 reels of welding wire; When tooth wear, shallower groove shape, or deformation of the wheel body is found, replace it with a new one immediately; Store in a dry and ventilated environment when idle to avoid rust or collision damage.
Supporting use: It is recommended to use it in conjunction with the Zhenkang original wire feeder and welding power supply to avoid affecting the stability of wire feeding due to equipment incompatibility; When changing the material or diameter of the welding wire, it is necessary to simultaneously replace the wire feeding wheel of the corresponding groove type.
